A family business in its second generation
For more than 30 years, commercial trading Importagentur GmbH, based in Bergheim near Salzburg, has stood for successful brand distribution, reliability and long-standing partnerships in the Austrian fashion market.
Together with the next generation – our daughters – we have expanded distribution into Germany: today, Agentur Kriechbaum in Munich looks after numerous retail partners and Italian brands.
Our particular advantage: we combine wholesale, franchise and retail experience. With three stores of our own in the city of Salzburg, we know the consumer business first-hand – and know what really works in store.

Good to know
On what terms do you work with retailers?
The terms depend on the brand, the region and the scope of the partnership. Certain conditions apply, such as a minimum order. We discuss all details in person in the initial conversation.
What does it cost – are there price lists?
We share prices on request as soon as it is clear which brand is an option for your store. The initial conversation is without obligation.
How does the calculation work for my store?
We are happy to work out together how a brand can be calculated within your range. Thanks to our own stores, we know the retailer's perspective from practice.
How is this different from the classic pre-order system?
Instead of pre-ordering large quantities once a season, you order smaller amounts more often. This ties up less capital, lets you react faster to what sells and keeps new pieces coming into your store.
Do you work with retailers in Austria and Germany?
Yes. Commercial Trading in Salzburg looks after the Austrian market, Agentur Kriechbaum in Munich the German market. We are happy to tell you which brand is available in your region.
Can I see the collections in the showroom?
Of course. Our showroom is in the Brandboxx in Bergheim near Salzburg (1st floor, B13–17). Please book an appointment in advance – we are also there for you in person in Munich.
I am a private customer – can I buy from you?
As a wholesaler, we work exclusively with fashion stores and boutiques. You can find our brands' fashion at our retail partners.
